    • Analytics providers (for understanding Service usage).

    • Customer support tool providers.

These providers are contractually obligated to safeguard your information and use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.

We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws, like financial record-keeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

Input Data and Generated Content associated with your account will be retained for a maximum of 1 year. Beyond that, this data will be retained on a best-effort basis, subject to any deletion requests or specific retention settings within the Service (if applicable).

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect the security of information submitted to or collected by our Service. • The right to data portability: You may have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

  • The right to withdraw consent: If we rely on consent for processing, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details provided in Section 12. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable law. 8. International Data Transfers

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside Singapore and choose to provide information to us, please note that the data, including Personal Data, may be transferred to other locations where our cloud hosting providers are located. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer. We will take steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
